Terms and Conditions

Shipping & Receiving
Depending on size of event and designs, current shipping time is 5-10 business days. This will vary for peak times during the year. Remember to send as much information as you can to us. We always want to make sure we have enough time to make sure your event is one to remember. 
 
Terms
Orders must be paid in full before the order begins unless approved by Tameless Designs. If you pay via check, the turn around time clock on your order will not begin until your check clears.
Artwork Approval
All artwork between the two parties will be agreed to before any printing happens whether at the event or online store. Once it is approved and agreed upon, we can move forward to setting up the event and/or store! 
Out of Stock Items
If you have placed an order for an item and it is out of stock, we will reach out to you and see if whether you'd like to replace the item with another or your money back. 
Returns & Refunds
Please remember if you are ordering in bulk, depending on the order - some are made to order, so please be careful when sending us the sizes for the apparel. If you are ever unsure about a size, please send us an email at customerservice@tamelessdesigns.com. 
Shipping
Unfortunately we can only control so much as far as shipments go, so once your receive your notification that your shipment has been sent out, it is out of our hands. If there is a delay, stolen, lost or did not show, please send us an email at customerservice@tamelessdesigns.com and we can do whatever we can to try to help out.

Returned Checks
There will be a $30.00 returned check fee.

Claims & Reprints
If there are any mistakes with your order shipped to you, please send an email to customerservice@tamelessdesigns.com. All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of date of delivery.

We will require that you ship the misprinted shirts back to our shop (we will provide you with a UPS label and will cover shipping costs).
